Ashira has spent the last two decades working on behalf of the real estate community in the local Baltimore market. She initially worked with local advertising firms to market local real estate companies and top builders moving new projects into the city and the county. When she became licensed, and transitioned into exclusively selling real estate, she spent her first years as an individual agent in the Berkshire Hathaway Roland Park office, before Co-founding The Key Home Team. KHT went on to sell over 100+ homes, $28+ million in volume in their first year alone! Now, as the sole owner and Team Leader of KHT, she has learned the ropes of balancing her active client production and the skills of management through tremendous mentorship with local real estate leaders.
